Mobster Cyrus Renault has made his latest move and General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday indicate that Brando Corbin will have tough decisions to make as a result. Apparently, Brando’s initial approach might be a tough one to pull off though.
As General Hospital viewers saw on Monday, Cyrus pushed Peter August to help him deal with Gladys Corbin. Ultimately, Cyrus ended up with Gladys tied up with duct tape over her mouth and Brando in shock. There’s more to come on Tuesday.
Cyrus Puts On The Pressure
SheKnows Soaps teases that during the May 25 episode, Brando will attempt to reason with Cyrus. The General Hospital sneak peek revealed that Brando would go face-to-face with Cyrus and ask what he wants in exchange for letting Gladys go.
One thing Brando has that Cyrus wants is information about Sasha’s pregnancy. Sasha and Brando agreed it was imperative that Cyrus not learn that Brando’s the baby’s father. When it comes to his mother’s life, will Brando be able to hold firm on that decision?
Brando’s Breaking Point
Additional General Hospital spoilers suggest that Brando’s first approach will not be particularly successful. On Wednesday, he will end up pushed beyond his breaking point.
According to spoilers from Soap Central, Cyrus will prevail this week in some sense. That probably means that Brando’s attempts to please Cyrus while saving his mother and keeping his secret with Sasha will be all for nothing.
Soon after this confrontation between Cyrus and Brando, Jordan Ashford will feel it necessary to ask Brando some questions.
Jordan Becomes Involved
The fact Jordan ends up involved likely means something about Gladys’ situation comes to the attention of the PCPD, which puts Brando in an even more difficult situation.
Will Gladys make it out of this alive? Even Brando’s not all that close to her, but he probably wouldn’t be able to simply let Cyrus kill her.
Whatever Brando does regarding Gladys, his problems with Cyrus are likely to continue. The mobster is rather obsessed with Sasha, and Cyrus doesn’t like to lose anything.
Gladys’ Disappearance Is A Problem For Carly
Carly discovered Gladys had been taken, and this is a huge problem. Carly is desperate to have Gladys recant her testimony about seeing Jason dropping the gun that killed Franco. Carly was getting close, but now her plan may have imploded completely.
General Hospital spoilers detail Carly will reach out to Spinelli for help, perhaps to try to track Gladys. She may get help from Ava soon as well and all signs point toward this being a wild roller coaster ride this week.
