JOKER 2 was announced by director Todd Phillips this week, and he also confirmed the Oscar-winning Joaquin Phoenix is making a return. But the movie’s title seems to hint at the arrival of Robert Pattinson’s version of the Batman, or someone else from Joker’s life.
