Queen Camilla, 75, welcomed the new Colonel Commandment of the Rifles Regiment on Wednesday in Clarence House, wearing a gorgeous Fiona Clare dress. She also wore a brooch very similar to one worn by Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.
