Luann de Lesseps sparked rumors about Jill Zarin returning to The Real Housewives of New York City at the end of last week on Instagram.
Amid the currently airing 13th season of the Bravo reality series, de Lesseps posted an image of herself and Zarin wearing matching white outfits as they posed with their arms around one another.
"You know what I’m thinking…..?" she asked her fans and followers in the caption of the July 7 photo, which has been "liked" by over 12,000 social media users.

After de Lesseps shared the photo with her online audience, along with hashtags for The Real Housewives of New York City and "OGs," giving a nod to the fact that the two of them are both original cast members of the show, a number of people voiced their excitement regarding the potential return of Zarin.
"Bring back the OGs!!!! STAT!!!! Unless Bravo wants the entire franchise to tank…..enough with the ‘wokeness!’ We watch to have mindless, frivolous fun. It’s called entertainment, not CNN!" one person said.
"Yes bring Jill back," another person agreed.
‘RHONY’ Fans Are Requesting A Couple Of Cast Members Be Fired
As the comments continued to flood de Lesseps’ social media account, viewers of The Real Housewives of New York City began calling for the firings of Eboni K. Williams and Leah McSweeney.
"I would take ANY replacements for Eboni and Leah at this point," someone admitted.
"Bring Jill back and dump Eboni and Leah PLEASE," another fan begged.
"Bring back Jill and boot Leah!" shared a third follower of de Lesseps.
Another person requested that Tinsley Mortimer also be asked back.
"Yep. Fire Leah and Eboni and bring back [Tinsley Mortimer] and Jill," they stated.
Jill Zarin May Not Want To Come Back To ‘RHONY’
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight in November 2019 at the BravoCon fan convention in New York City, Zarin suggested that her time on the show has come to an end.
"I could never live up to the fans wanting me to come back, but I think I’m done. The time is over for me. I had my run and I’m very happy I did," she said.
She then said that when it came to her run on the show, she dedicated a lot of time to the project.

"There’s a lot of things you get and there’s a lot of things you give up on the show," she explained. "I think relationships are a sacrifice that all women on Housewives shows have made and the statistics have showed it. So I don’t want that."
