Wednesday’s episode of General Hospital brings intense developments, spoilers tease. Finn and Elizabeth are hiding a massive secret and it seems likely they will slip up and reveal something they shouldn’t sooner rather than later.
General Hospital fans are quite curious to see more regarding the supposedly dead Peter. The last time viewers saw Peter, he was unconscious with no pulse, bleeding on the landing of a stairwell at GH. Elizabeth declared him dead and convinced Finn to hide the body.

Finn will surely dance around her question and come up with an excuse for whatever he said previously. It seems unlikely that Anna will suspect anything, as she would never anticipate Finn shoving Peter down a stairwell and hiding his dead body.
Finn’s Not Giving Up
As SheKnows Soaps details, Finn will have a new idea during Wednesday’s show. This is probably in regards to Chase’s case, as that has nearly all of Finn’s attention at the moment.
Chase believes he’s dying, but General Hospital spoilers hint that won’t be the case. The cure almost certainly hinges on Finn having another paternity test done, which surely would show Gregory as Chase’s biological father after all. Viewers are anxiously waiting for Finn to have that crucial light-bulb moment, though it may not come quite yet.
